Grace Tamura ’26 Honored with 2025 Anne Frank Humanitarian Award

Tampa Catholic is proud to announce that junior Grace Tamura ’26 has been selected as a recipient of the 2025 Anne Frank Humanitarian Award, presented by the Florida Holocaust Museum. This prestigious award recognizes high school juniors across the Tampa Bay area who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the lives of others through their compassion, leadership, and selfless service.

Grace’s gentle and caring demeanor shines through in everything she does. She is especially passionate about helping children and animals—two vulnerable groups that benefit deeply from her time, creativity, and compassion. Grace fosters kittens for the Humane Society, providing round-the-clock care in a safe, nurturing environment. Her dedication ensures these animals are not only healthy and happy, but also ready to become beloved pets in their forever homes.

Grace also brings joy to children who are often overlooked or left out by organizing themed birthday parties tailored just for them. From personalized decorations to her homemade cupcakes, she makes sure every detail is thoughtful and special. These parties are more than just celebrations—they are moments of love, inclusion, and dignity that leave a lasting impact on each child’s heart.

The Florida Holocaust Museum recognizes Grace’s unwavering commitment to serving others and is proud to present her with the 2025 Anne Frank Humanitarian Award. Through this honor, the Museum seeks to uplift young people who, like Anne Frank, believe in the goodness of humanity and work to create a better world for all.

Congratulations, Grace! Your Tampa Catholic family is proud of the light you share and the difference you make each day.
