As we count down to graduation, we’re shining a light on some of the incredible members of the Class of 2025—today we are honoring the exceptional Vincent Truong.
Vincent has spent all four years at Tampa Catholic deeply involved in student leadership, service, and academics. Currently serving as Student Body President, Vincent has been a dedicated member of the Student Government Association throughout his high school journey. His leadership has helped shape student life and strengthen the bridge between students and administration, all while building lasting friendships along the way.
“Being able to serve as a member of Student Government during my four years at TC has been a blessing indescribable through words,” Vincent shared. “Working with such an amazing group of officers to help connect the ideas of the students to school administration has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my high school experience.”
In addition to SGA, Vincent is a Peer Minister for Campus Ministry, Vice President of BEST & Theological Honor Society, Executive member of both Ambassadors and SHAPE, and serves as the Historian for the National Hispanic Honor Society. He is also a proud member of several academic honor societies including NHS, BETA, Mu Alpha Theta, SNHS, Rho Kappa, and NEHS.
Vincent says the most meaningful part of his time at Tampa Catholic has been the people.
“My favorite part about attending TC is the incredible sense of community that I’ve experienced here. Everyone—from classmates to teachers and administrators—has become like a genuine second family to me. Their dedication and care have helped me grow personally, academically, and spiritually.”
After graduation, Vincent plans to attend the University of Florida as part of their Honors Program, where he will major in Behavioral & Cognitive Neuroscience on a pre-med track. His goal is to become a physician and continue serving others through science and compassion.
